  • As soon as you enrol, you’ll get immediate access to the full program curriculum so you can get started right away.

    We’ll also book your Launch Call with your Success Coach & your Intake Call with Dr Mary as soon as possible so you know exactly where to begin, how the program is structured, and what to focus on first.

    From there, you’ll move into the weekly lessons, your live coaching sessions, and the step by step guidance that walks you through the entire Better Beyond 40 Formula. You’ll never be left wondering what to do next.

  • We start with a comprehensive intake so I can recommend blood tests according to your unique situation and so I can see where you may need extra support.

    If you would like a referral to a prescribing doctor who is expert in female hormones / bio-identical hormone replacement, I set this up for you too. (I do NOT recommend going through your GP for hormone replacement, unless they have been pursued additional BHRT training!)

    All you need is ~1-1.5 hours per week for the video content, since we focus on key takeaways and the practical stuff. Watch or listen as you commute, walk, etc. Easy and convenient.

  • The program is 12 weeks, but you have 16 weeks of access to ALL of it, including my support to allow for time off as you need.

    Most of my clients find 12 weeks is ample time to finish it comfortably, even on a busy schedule.

  • Although everyone is different, most women who follow the BB40 program as outlined start seeing meaningful improvements by week 3 or 4 of the program.

  • You don’t need to be tech savvy to do this. Everything is laid out in a clear, step by step dashboard, and you can log in from any phone, tablet, or computer. If you can click a link, press play, and scroll, you’ll be able to follow the program without stress.

    And you’re not left alone to figure it out: as soon as you join, you’ll go through a personalized onboarding process that walks you through exactly where everything is, what to do first, and how the whole method fits together so everything feels crystal clear from day one.

  • The support, coaching, and guidance inside the BB40 program are powerful, but they do not fall under the structure most insurers require for reimbursement.

    If you have a personal health spending account, you may be able to submit the receipt, but coverage depends entirely on your plan. It’s always best to check with your provider to see what they allow.

  • Life happens. If something unexpected comes up during your 14 weeks, we’ll connect and figure out the best plan for you. Because the program is progressive and each week builds on the last, pausing isn’t something we take lightly. But when there are genuine medical or personal reasons, we look at your situation together and decide how best to support you so you can continue with clarity and success. You’re never left to navigate that alone.

  • Free programs usually only focus on 1 or 2 aspects of health - often diet or nutrition. Maybe metabolism or hormones. But not all of it together, and not in a personalized way. They’re low touch or completely no touch, which means you’re left guessing what to do, whether you’re doing it right, whether it’s what YOUR body needs and what to change if something doesn’t feel good. There’s no guidance, no chance to ask questions, and no way to tailor anything to your body or your symptoms.
