Steph has a Masters in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, has lost 60lbs on her own health journey and has a LOT of life experience and lasting success overcoming the very obstacles you're probably struggling with right now.

She teaches science-based strategies to reduce stress, heal hormones, overcome emotional eating, and create sustainable change that lasts for life. Stephanie shares how true, lasting change (including weight loss) didn’t come from more knowledge - but from rewiring the mind-body connection in addition to the good habits. Steph really understands the struggle and meets our members exactly where they’re at. Because while today, Steph a happy and successful woman, this wasn’t always the case: for most of her life, she lived a fear-driven existence, trapped in anxiety, overwhelm, and low self-confidence and worth.

From this deep dark hole, however, came a lot of light. She learned to heal herself through the systems and strategies she nowes teach today – what she refers to as a unique blend of science and magic.

  • As soon as you enrol, you’ll get immediate access to the full program curriculum so you can get started right away.

    We’ll also book your Launch Call with your Success Coach & your Intake Call with Dr Mary as soon as possible so you know exactly where to begin, how the program is structured, and what to focus on first.

    From there, you’ll move into the weekly lessons, your live coaching sessions, and the step by step guidance that walks you through the entire Better Beyond 40 Formula. You’ll never be left wondering what to do next.

  • We start with a comprehensive intake so I can recommend blood tests according to your unique situation and so I can see where you may need extra support.

    If you would like a referral to a prescribing doctor who is expert in female hormones / bio-identical hormone replacement, I set this up for you too. (I do NOT recommend going through your GP for hormone replacement, unless they have been pursued additional BHRT training!)

    Our work together incorporates your:

    All you need is ~1-1.5 hours per week for the video content, since we focus on key takeaways and the practical stuff. Watch or listen as you commute, walk, etc. Easy and convenient.

    Plus, it doesn’t require that you incorporate a load of time-consuming habits into your routines - habit-stacking and efficiency are key!

  • The program is 12 weeks, but you have 16 weeks of access to ALL of it, including my support to allow for time off as you need.

    Most of my clients find 12 weeks is ample time to finish it comfortably, even on a busy schedule.

  • You’ll have full access for 14 weeks. We believe resolving the root causes of the hormonal and metabolic issues you’ve been struggling with shouldn’t take years. When you follow the right steps in the right order, change happens relatively quickly.
